Simon Ward began playing drums in 1987, and has been DJing as Dr Rubberfunk since 1992. His first musical productions under that name arrived in the late 90s, and to date he has produced 3 Dr Rubberfunk artist albums and numerous remixes. He has also provided radio edits for a raft of artists from Joss Stone to Cage The Elephant & Seth Lakeman, alongside writing and producing for Jalapeno Records label-mate Izo FitzRoy's debut album released in 2017.
