Record is attached to a frisbee by a screw and a nut. Also attached is a plastic 45 adaptor. Released in a plastic bag with printed display at top like classic toy packaging. Package says "45 EP & Flying Disc" but the record is mastered to play correctly at 33 rpm. The record has a small hole and blank white labels. Limited Edition of 400 pressed.
