The royalties from the sale of this record were donated to the Elgar Foundation, to "maintain and preserve Elgar's Birthplace at Lower Broadheath near Worcester" (per letter reproduced on the back of the sleeve). The sleeve boasts of "Super Analogue Mastering" at 45RPM, and the record, although of conventional 12" LP size plays correctly at that speed.
