Digital mastering - Fantasy Studios, Berkeley. Mixing - Sony Studios, New York. "Note: The "K" numbers following the title of Mozart's compositions (e.g., Requiem, K. 626) refer to the chronological listing of Mozart's works, 626 in all, compiled in 1862 by Ludwig von Köchel." Christian Zacharias appears courtesy of EMI Electrola; Thomas Bloch courtesy of Naxos. "The mastering process requantizes the 24-bit masters to 16-bit compact discs while retaining much of the low-level detail and resolution of the original master."
