The release samples the voice of Mayor Ray Nagin being interviewed by Garland Robinette on WWL Radio following the catastrophic events of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans as the artist felt that he needed to highlight the desperation felt by the victims, and the lack of a quick response by the US government. The track was first aired by Gilles Peterson on his BBC Radio 1 show 4th September 2005.
