Lead vocalist, trumpet player, songwriter and producer from California, now based in Las Vegas. Former lead vocalist for Kool & the Gang and the Dazz Band. Before those groups he was part of the East Wind Band. Not to be confused with the jazz saxophonist and arranger Skip Martin (1916-1976).
