Album IT 2003 on Sonic Belligeranza label
Dance (Noise, Breakcore, Experimental)
Tracks A3-A7 are supposed to be "Locked Grooves Of Jamaican Horns [Executed] by DJ Balli and N." as stated on the label but they are mispressed. Side A to be played at 45 RPM, side B at 33 RPM. Is there any difference between smashing a window of a bank and producing distorted frequencies and broken beats on carpets of pink noise? French sonic vandal Slaaam (Peace Off rec., L'art et la Guerre rec.) thinks not and "Skank Block Bologna" ep is the best demostration of this. A five tracker varying from ultra-kinetik break-core on syncopated tempos, to rhytmic clusters of organic noise that question previous conceptions of industrial music. To Black Block we'd rather prefer Skank Block......Anything else to declare? Tamtamtam
