A trio of ex-pizza delivery men formed Slick Sixty. Nathan Church, M.J. (Marcus Salisbury) and Richie Hopson signed to Bristol's downbeat label Cup of Tea Records, and released their first single "Hilary: Last of the Pool Sharks" in late 1997. "The Wrestler EP", which featured remixes from Lionrock and Mad Professor followed in 1998. The full-length "Nibs and Nabs" followed a year later.
