Sludge?
In March of 1997, Sludge! was formed by a unique group of guys fed up with what was going on the in the music industry. Sludge! has accomplished what many bands haven’t done in ten years of existence by releasing four different forms of musical disaster. With the release of 1997’s ‘New Jersey Hate Core’ demo, Sludge! managed to create a swelling buzz around the band. They sold / traded nearly 4,000 demos in a very short period of time and were bolstered by frequent and well-attended live performances.
