This is a Smogtown fan club release of Black Ball HR012. It was sold through mail order directly from the band. The cover is different than the Hostage release. Included was a packet of Smogtown pins, stickers, a fan club card, and a T-shirt. The record, sleeve, fan club card, and T-shirt all had corresponding numbers. Originally supposed to be a limited edition of 100, but an unknown number of extra copies may have been produced.
