So Cow are an Irish indie rock band, currently signed with Goner Records. Started as a solo act in 2005 in Seoul, South Korea by Brian Kelly, the group has since evolved into a three piece band with Jonny White on Bass and Peter O'Shea on Drums. They have released five albums; These Truly Are End Times (2007), I'm Siding With my Captors (2008), So Cow (2009) & Meaningless Friendly (2010), as well as numerous singles and a Split album. Their fifth album The Long Con was released by Goner records in 2014. They have appeared at Primavera Sound, SXSW HWCH & Castlepalooza. Their sound has been described by Pitchfork as "Like Television Personalities or The Clean at their most engaging, Kelly plays rickety guitar-pop that sounds homemade without feeling insular."
