Custom foldover sleeve; back of sleeve hand-cut with pinking shears, a trademark of sorts for many K releases. Both tracks appear one side of single; flip side features line drawing of water, and the handwritten word "land", both in gold paint marker. Blue star stickers are also affixed to the blank side of the single.
