The group Son Como Son was created in Veracruz, Mexico in 1985 by Raymundo Hernández (deceased), its initial members were Cuauhtémoc Pazza Sánchez, Ramón Beristain Bazán, Ruy Ávila and José Enrique Rebolledo García, its current director. Later the dean of the trumpeters of Veracruz Ramón Castro joined the group. In 1989 Raymundo Hernández separates from the group and takes the direction of Son Como Son Enrique Rebolledo.
