Sound Poetry formed from the ashes of Logon (probably the first Portuguese Prog Power band) in 1993. They recorded only this demo and a rehearsal demo then disbanded. The sound is Progressive Metal influenced by Dream Theater and other similar emerging bands of the era. The line up was exactly the same as Logon. While Logon started as a Power Thrash band that incorporated Progressive Power Metal influences on their second demo, Sound Poetry distanced themselves from all the Speed/Thrash influences of the past. Gonçalo Cunha the singer of both bands also was in Unsilent, a technical Speed/Thrash band active in the same period as Logon.
