Album AU 2018 on Hark Records label
Electronic and Pop (Synth-pop, Synthwave)
Space March describes the album as such: Future Memories is the result of five years of experimentation condensed into ten songs – a unique blend of classic synthpop, electro and synthwave. Written, performed, produced and mixed by Space March. Mastered by Robin Schmidt at 24-96 Mastering. Future Memories takes you on a journey from the personal to abstract concepts of time and space. The relationship between past and future, and man vs technology are explored through a dreamy, synthetic soundscape. The album artwork continues the Space March tradition of drawing from classic modernist architecture – in this case, the retro-futuristic Niteroi Art Museum by Oscar Niemeyer. Similarly, the album typography references Blade Runner which has been influential on the Synthwave movement.
