Album US 2006 on Umbrella Noize Collective label
Electronic (Dark Ambient, Drone)
The concept of this album is my personal experiences, as a male, coming to terms with, understanding, and experiencing the feminine divine (or anima) through interactions with real women in my life. The sounds on this album were made by me producing an infinite delay loop with my Appalachian Dulcimer and then processing that loop through several more delay pedals thereby 'playing' the delay settings. This process relates to the theme of this project in that from a simple starting point many permutations became possible, much like the simple idea of femininity gives rise to a complex array of expressions in the world. Specific thanks for influence (both positive and negative) on this project go to Sarah (my ex wife), Venessa, Robyn, Striggy, and especially to the goddess Ishtar. General thanks for being an influence on my spiritual growth go to Melissa, Stephy, Rachel, Katrina, Cara, Shelly, Rosa, Yanna, Kat (from Zen Debris), Aedria (from Ctephin), Rebecca (from Gray Field Recordings), Sarah (from One Umbrella), and my Mom (both my real Mom, whom I love very much and has been a guiding light to me all of my life and continues to be, and Maredith my 'Austin Mom').
