Spielgusher is a collaboration by Richard Meltzer and Mike Watt accompanied by the Japanese musicians Hirotaka Shimizu and Yuko Araki, their self-titled record was issued in 2012. Richard Meltzer had originally intended on collaborating with Watt former group the Minutemen in the mid eighties, but the project never went through due to the death of D. Boon, only decades later the duo decided that give it a try once again.
