Formed in San Francisco in 1991 by Billy Anderson and Jason Michaud, SPILTH toiled in the seedy SF underground for nearly a decade. In this time, they recorded one album and numerous singles and did a couple of tours. In 2009, Jason and Billy reunited in Los Angeles - older, wiser and ready to play again. Spilth was resurrected and reborn in November 2009, almost 10 years after their last show. Now featuring the vocals and bass of Benjamin Maurer (Gallows of Sedition) who was recruited in 2010, completing the current lineup.
