Spoon from Finland was a grunge-oriented Metal/Rock band. It gained some success in the greater Helsinki area from 1993 onwards and received some good feedback both from the great public and the Metal Hammer Magazine. They released three demos and only one EP - Subvert - released in 1999. After multiple member changes it ceased its activities around 2007.
