The chamber orchestra "St. Petersburg Camerata", former Leningrad Conservatory student orchestra, was established in 1989 by Saulius Sondeckis. Since February 14, 1994 it was given by unique status as the State Hermitage Orchestra. До ноября 1990 года был известен как КАМЕРНЫЙ ОРКЕСТР СТУДЕНТОВ ЛЕНИНГРАДСКОЙ КОНСЕРВАТОРИИ под руковоством Л.Н. Шиндлера.
