Produced and mixed at Reckless Spenders (NYC, USA). Disc one is a compilation of Steinski's previously available works: Tracks 1-1 and 1-2 previously available on double-sided 12" Mastermixes. Limited to approx 500 copies. Track 1-3 was supposed to accompany Steven Hager's book "Hip Hop", but because Herman Kelly wanted a lot more than anyone was willing to pay for "Dance To The Drummer's Beat", it seemed it would never be legit. Track 1-4 previously available on 12" promo Jazzy Sensation / Lessons 1-3. Artist not mentioned for this track on the release itself, and title just named as "Jazz". Track 1-5 previously available on the compilation Still / The Joint : Sugar Hill Remixed. Track 1-6 previously available on single sided 12" promo The Motorcade Sped On in the US and on NME 7" NME's Hat-Trick in the UK. Track 1-7 previously available on Jazzy Sensation / Lessons 1-3. Track 1-8 previously available on Coldcut's album Let Us Play!. Track 1-9 previously available on the compilation Bombay 2: Electric Vindaloo where the track was named "Electric Vindaloo". Track 1-10 previously available on the compilation Constant Elevation. Track 1-11 previously available on Soliloquy where the track was named "Your Reality's A Fantasy But Your Fantasy Is Killing Me (Coldcut vs. Steinski Going Under Mix)". Track 1-12 previously available on 12" Ain't No Thing / Say Ho!. Track 1-13 previously available on the album Jazzy Sensation / Lessons 1-3. Disc Two is a rough mix by Steinski produced for Solid Steel/BBC London. Previously available on compact disc Nothing To Fear: A Rough Mix (Soul Ting, ST 1017, 2003). "Blame Steinski for everything."
