Stela Popescu (born 21 December 1935, Bălţi, Bessarabia (now in Moldavia Republic) – died 22 November 2017, Bucharest, Romania) was a Romanian actress and singer. She became famous playing in a comedy duo with Ștefan Bănică, and later with Alexandru Arșinel. She was married to Mihai Maximilian from 1969 until his death in 1998.
