1,000 records pressed: 850 on black vinyl (most came in regular graveyard, and a few dozen had various alternate sleeves). 150 on transparent red vinyl The first 50 of the red vinyl came in special sleeve with photo of Madonna wrapped in an american flag, with a actual cloth star cut out from a real flag, and sleeve is hand-stamped/numbered. The remaining red vinyl came in the regular graveyard sleeve. With folded lyric insert. Recorded 4/7/91.
