Named after a Dublin Irish Suburb 'Stepaside" were formed in 1971. They were originally A Country Rock Band but grew through the 1970's into a bland of Pop Rock and Power Pop by the time they got to the 1980's They toured briefly with Leo Sayer and Dire Straits
