Free giveaway for attendees of opening party for new Factory headquarters (FAC 251). The slimline case and inlay were sent out by Factory as an invitation for the opening event. Attendees would then receive the actual CD at the party. In typical Factory fashion, most attendees assumed that the case was the extent of the invitation and never claimed their disc. The track would later appear on The Other Two's "The Other Two & You" album.
