The rear of the sleeve/pouch features the catalogue number for the CD version in error: DS45CD-11. Run-outs and centre labels show DS33-11. The title of the first side, "Simple Headphone Mind", is taken from Alcatraz, who included a song of that name on their first LP "Vampire State Building" from 1971. The title of the second side, "Trippin' With The Birds", is taken from Exmagma, who included a song of that name on their first LP, released in 1973.
