Album US 2002 on Proper N.Y.C. label
Dance (Techno)
Live performance recorded in New York, July, 27 2002. What Is Live? Live is spontaneous, raw, created in the moment. Live music is not limited to orchestras or guitars. The new players create their own version of spontaneous music not based on the conventional methods. We use our tools, we alter our perceptions, we look forward while glancing back. Live is life. We all wear diamondstarhalo's. Many thanks are in order to Olaf, Peter, and all at Intergroove GMBH, Mo, Slike, and all at Handlewithcare Berlin, Michael Zorn at Ableton Software, all the promotors and clubs that have supported me over the years, thank you for giving me a place to be heard, Junko, for all the love, support, and positive words. My first inspiration and teacher, grandpa. This album is dedicated to the city of New York, the only place I could ever call home. 9-11-01, I will never forget. Much love. S.S.
