Stomy Bugsy ([stɔmi bœɡˈzi]; born Gilles Duarte; 21 May 1972) is a French rapper and actor from Sarcelles, France.Born of parents from the Republic of Cape Verde, Duarte helped found hip hop group Ministere AMER, however in 1996 he decided to launch his own solo career. Duarte has also had several acting roles.He has a son, Bilal, born in 1992.
