Stu spent his youth singing with the Calgary Boys Choir, and touring the world as a chorister and solo voice. His training in traditional music theory and classical piano have lent him a unique approach as both a songwriter and producer. Technically minded, he has developed his production and engineering skills over the past 9 years, achieving his first professional success at age 19 with a remix for Lava / Atlantic recording artist (and recent "Dancing With The Stars" finalist) Willa Ford. He is part of Climax Music Productions with his studio partner Adam Stanton. Stu also works with Jeff Beck (Head of the Music Programming Team at Promo Only Canada), as the Seismic Crew.
