Packaged in a thin sleeve with one insert card. Track 2 is a cover of a song by FATAL off of their "Soulburn" 1989 Demo. Research indicates that this is a typo as the actual demo's name says "Soul Burns." From the Slaughterhouse Records listing: "This band has suffered lots of setbacks- their beloved guitarist Jef Skullhunger was killed a few years ago, singer Faza was also attacked in a hit and run and left crippled- but they have returned regardless, to THRASH your senses! SUCCUBUS ARE BACK!!!"
