(liner notes) "Mister Sudama our beloved singer of Guyana, was born on 28th October, 1926; at the Plantation Essequibo Coast in Guyana. From the early age he started singing and devoted his life in the art of singing. His first record album, in which he collected the most desired songs of the audience for whom he had sung in the past, was released when mister Sudama was 54 years old. There is no doubt that he is a master in singing Thumries and Devotionals and made them a hit in Surinam, Trinidad and Barbados. So, this is another album of the MASTER: "Sudama from Guyana".
