Betty Sue Perry was born June 4, 1935. She was a staff songwriter for Sure-Fire Music from 1960 until her death in Oct 21, 1974. Betty Sue wrote several of Loretta Lynn's classic hits, including "Before I'm Over You," "The Home You're Tearin' Down," "The Other Woman" and "Wine, Women and Song," along with numerous album cuts.
