A pop-jazz / fusion band from Lappeenranta, Finland. Sukellusvene was founded in the early 1970s and they released a single and a LP in the late 1970s. Sukellusvene's music was a mixture of pop, jazz and funk, but the band's debut LP was released in the middle of new wave era in 1979 and it didn't succeed. The band quit soon after the release of the album. Lineup on the album was: Lassi Talasmo (saxophone, clarinet) Kari Litmanen (keyboards) Jukka Mäkinen (guitar) T. Tuomanen (guitar, bongos) Pekka Muhli (bass) Timo Kotineva (drums)
