Sundown and/or Last Stand (SAOLS) is the electro-acoustic construct of Melbourne based composer and producer Adam Hunt and best known for their vibrant acoustics and engaging performances. Formed in 2003, SAOLS is a musical shape shifter whose form melds and transforms from the individual to the ensemble, from modest to ostentatious. Hunt's works blend musical mediums in a framework that is driven by an interest in the rhythmic and aesthetic precision of electronic music, the melodic composition of classical music and the pure raw energy of punk.
