Swerve are Special K (Kraig Martin) and Ben Rigby. They met in the record shop that Special K (who before has recorded for Proper Talent, True Playaz, Low Key, Trouble On Vinyl, Desire, 2000AD and remixed the Beastie Boys and Busta Rhymes) runs in Bexley Heath. Swerve work the hard, driving, minimal side of Drum & Bass with singles like 'The Beginning', taking influences from Hip Hop, early pirate stations, hardcore and ragga Jungle. They have the Swerve label up & running and a new imprint with Jay D'Cruze called Bomb Productions.
