This release has a 3-color folded sheet cover and credits Tana Emmolo-Smith and Joseph T. Jacobs on their respective sides of the cover. The text of "Prescient Dreams" is excerpted from the diary of the late Mary Kathryn Cervenka (Mirielle). The B side is entitled "Zanoni", from "Zanoni, A Rosicrucian Tale" by Bulwer-Lytton (1842). 2,000 pressed. Comes with an insert sheet. Published ® and Copyright © 1983 Subterranean Records Additional information: a second version was released with a black & white cover that credits Monte Cazazza and Factrix on the front. The vinyl, however, has the original labels that credit Tana Emmolo-Smith and Joseph T. Jacobs. It is unclear if this version was entirely official.
