Early 70s Cleveland, Ohio area rock band with strong ties to The Raspberries and Eric Carmen. Target was originally formed in 1972 with Mike McBride (Vox), Bobby McBride (Bass), Wally Bryson (Guitar), John Aleksic (Guitar), and “Butch” (Drums). In 1973 Denny Earnest replaced guitarist Wally Bryson who went on to play with The Raspberries & Eric Carmen. After Target disbanded in 1974, Mike McBride worked with with The Raspberries & Eric Carmen. John Aleksic also served as the original bassist for The Raspberries.
