The three track EP has been especially mastered for a high quality vinyl release and is the first noise emanating from the band in eight years. The artwork is by Patrick Ballanger utilising ancient and mystic photographic processes. “Herd The Shadows” is the first record on the Castles in Space label, which grew out of a blog of the same name. The EP is pressed up on specially designed “shadow splatter” vinyl which might induce feelings of disorientation and dizziness when played. It might also make you a bit overawed and frightened; but don’t worry, that’s intentional. It’s a hand numbered edition of 300 copies and comes with an insert, a download card and a badge.
