UK alternative rock / punk-rock band. Formed in 2001 as 'Sweet Henrietta' by Ben and Dan G following a Dan G guest spot on a Neon Jeff Me Band session. Initially recording as a duo, they auditioned several drummers and bassists before becoming a four-piece in 2002 with Dan M on drums and Andrew on bass. Following the disappearance of Andrew in 2003, bass duties were taken over by 100% Cotton main-man Dan C and thus the classic line-up of Ben and the three Dans was complete. In 2004, now renamed Teeth, initial rehearsals for a UK tour proved too pressurised for Dan M, who then left the band and was replaced by Jon for the duration of the tour and subsequent recording of the band's self-titled demo EP.
