Terror Organ was a death industrial/power electronics/harsh noise project consisting of Pete Helmkamp, formerly of death metal legends Angel Corpse, and his wife Lea. In the fall of 2002 Pete and Lea mutually split and divorced. Their second full-length recording, "The Stalag Symphony", had been completed around the same time, and a spring 2003 release was secured on Dragon Flight Recordings. Pete Helmkamp vowed to continue with Terror Organ and immediately began work on three new tracks. In early 2003, he played two solo gigs with fellow harsh noise industrial artists Travis Morgan and When Joy Becomes Sadness. The shows were a success, showing a more extreme side of Terror Organ. Upon returning from a US tour with his metal band Revenge, Helmkamp completed the three new tracks, two for an EP on Warhammer Records. In November 2003, he decided to lay Terror Organ to rest and started a new poject, Feldgrau, that at this point also involves Vixen.
