This is a session recording with a variety of cowboy tunes documenting in song the late 1800's and the cowboy life. Historical dialogue about the tunes and their origins by "Texas Jim". His sidekick and good friend "Uncle "Hackey" appears with added steel accompaniment and as a guest with conversation.
