Remixed at Ardent Recording Studio, Memphis, Tennessee. "These tapes were mixed from the live recordings without any overdubbing of instruments or vocals. The only alterations were in omitting certain songs because of time lengths." Track D0 is listed on the back cover, but unlike all other tracks, is not assigned a number. Issued in a gatefold sleeve.
