The Queen Of Funk



A.k.a. Rosalind Mallia Franklin

Mallia Franklin aka The Queen Of Funk was a member of Parliament-Funkadelic and was an original member of P-funk girl group- Parlet. She started working with popular rappers in the 80's starting with Candyman. She started working with Death Row in the early 90's, her first being Snoop Dogg's W Ballz on his debut album. She wrote a song with Snoop "Suited and Booted" and was featured on Snoop's "Funk Wit Yo Brain." Mallia passed away in 2010.
