Formed in July 1976 after Dylan's Rolling Thunder Review dissolved. Band members were T-Bone Burnett, Steven Soles, and David Mansfield. Sidemen differed from record to record included:David Kemper; Andrae Crouch; and Ringo Starr. The band split up in 1979.
