In the end of 1999, The Antrackx aka Dennis W. aka Shockwave was equipped with a mixer and his first set of records players. Hardly two weeks later, he began organizing parties in and in the surroundings of Rhauderfehn and Leer with his partner in former times, DJ DefCom aka Sven F. They started off with small, mostly private parties and their parties soon reached a large attendance in larger locations. Soon using other one’s records didn’t satisfy him anymore and so he decided to produce his own Tracks in cooperation with DJ DefCom, starting just software-based with Fruity Loops and Rebirth, later advancing to live-equipment, such as a Korg electribe sx, a Korg MS2000 and a few Walldorfs. Since that a lot of things changed, he produced hundreds of tracks meanwhile and published most of them in the web. The Antrackx graduated in audio engineering on a distinguished private school. His live-sets he is regularly performing on miscellaneous parties attest his high-quality work as musician.
