The Arcadians
Reggae, Folk and World
Steel band from Tobago. Founded in 1956 and initially called "Cross Fire", changed name to "West Side Symphony" in 1963 and to "The Arcadians" in 1968. The group name is taken from the Arcadia estate, where the were house band. They won the 1968 Tobago Panorama Competition.
