The full title of the album appears on the rear cover: Physical Illucinations In The Sewer Of Xuchilbara (The Red God) Recorded in the confines of Toluca Prison AKA the dank recesses of Starfade and Alchemilia Studios during the summer of 2003. The first release in the label's "Proto-Sub Frequencies of Visionnary Entities" series of albums. The release was originally intended to be a split album with Blut Aus Nord. Strictly limited to 666 copies.
