Backsliders is an underground French group well known on alternative rock and punk scenes. Founded in 1988 by François Lebas (guitar and lead vocal), Backsliders passed a lot of time at European and French concerts and festivals (more than 500 since April 1989). They regularly were the first parts of artists like Bérurier Noir, Mano Negra, Noir Désir or Fleshtones. Through 5 albums and furious concerts, they could created an enervated style, singular and melodic.
