Single US 1964 on Capitol Custom label
Rock and Pop (Beat, Interview)
Released jointly through radio station KFWB and Wallich's Music City, this record was produced to promote a new store location. The label on side one reads 'Music City KFWBeatles'. This is one of the rarer Beatles promos. This is the original release, with the Capitol logo and machine stamped asterisk in runout. Counterfeits lack these two items. The mailer sleeve it came with is also quite rare. These sleeves have been counterfeited, too. Flap on mailer is smaller than the legitimate version (see pictures).
