Track 1.1: This is the 1st known Beatnik-recording. Recorded live with one microphone at Åmot in Modum, Autum 1961. Tracks 1.11-1.14: Recorded in July 1964 for an EP that was never released. Track 1.20: Recorded 1966 and performed on the TV-show "Pop Corn". Track 1.27: Recorded as a Demo with the danish Per Frost as a new guitar player, after Finn Johns departure, Autum 1967. Track 2.1: Live recording from Jordal Amfi 22. August 1982. Track 2.7: Released on CD "M/TR Njord Forliset" / Fund-Raising, recorded 1992. Track 2.8: Recorded as Demo 1993. not released. Track 2.19: Released only on DVD, by Hell's Bells Records 2003, not released on CD. Tracks 2.23-2.24: Recorded 2011, not previously released. All other tracks are released on various 7" and / or 12" Vinyl and / or CD records. Comes with a 12-page booklet (in Norwegian) containing recording data and credits for each track on CDs, plus history and liner notes by Thor-Rune Haugen, Rune Halland (DJ and Cruisin' Records), Terje Nilsen (Rockheim), Eldar Vågan, Roy W. Rydland (NRK) and Kjell Karlsen. This CD is dedicated the memory of Finn John Andresen and Carsten Deberitz and not at least Audun Tylden. This compilation ℗ & © 2011 Hell's Bells Records.
